Vmax has three distinct missions: to train managers to become effective leaders; to train salespeople to become Top 10% performers; and to develop strategic business and marketing plans. We recognize that companies don't really buy training or consulting.  Instead, when a company invests in training or consulting services, what is needed is the RESULTS of training - more productive employees, increased sales, less employee turnover, and improvements in customer relationships.

Our focus is small to medium-sized businesses, particularly professional services organizations - accountants, engineers, banks, attorneys, etc.   Our experience is that these organizations are often too busy doing business to focus on improving the productivity of the organization through training and organizational development.  Often, they are so enmeshed in their business that they have little time to develop long-term strategic objectives.
